3. Client Responsibility

6. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be accommodated only at our discretion.

If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the appointment may be treated as completed and will not ordinarily be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.

8. Written Reports and Digital Deliverables
